The Lair awakens leading to a realm of wonder.

From 12–5.30pm, attendees can explore the World’s Lair — a dedicated fantasy zone filled with fun workshops, roaming dragons, puzzles and curated photo opportunities.

Drop-in workshops, including candle painting and calligraphy, run throughout the day with scheduled slots, offering creative engagement for all ages.

Guests also have access to the wider venue, with space to wander, discover and enjoy additional entertainment such as themed pub quizzes and panels at their own pace.

Tuesday 26th August: It’s Your Role

 The Interactive D&D Adventure; Answer the call and become the hero in a madcap Dungeons & Dragons adventure, as a troupe of professional actors brings a chaotic fantasy world to life! But there’s a twist – one lucky audience member will be cast into the adventuring party live on stage.

Name NPCs, sound magical instruments, or take the leap and join the quest yourself. Direct from its Off-West End run, It’s Your Role is a riotous night of improv and fantasy, where the audience shapes the story and you could be the hero to tip the scales of fate.

Wednesday 27th August: Fantasy Pub Quiz

Come one, come all to the finest (read: possibly only) fantasy-focused pub quiz in all the land! Join Johnny Chiodini, content creator and DM for online series The Oxventure as they lead you through a raucous quiz that will test your knowledge and reward your tenacity. There are even mildly cursed to sort of OK prizes to be won! An unforgettable afternoon for those with weary feet (we’ve got chairs) and eager minds (we’ve got questions)

Thursday 28th August: AMA with Jasper William Cartwright and Mara/ Mark Holmes 

 Join two of the UK’s most prominent TTRPG figures, Mark Hulmes—High Rollers’ amazing Dungeon Master who appeared in Campaign 2 of Critical Role as Calianna along with some incredible writing credits and Jasper William Cartwright— GM of Critical Role’s Thresher and Thorn in Dimension 20’s Burrows end, he is also 12 Sided Studios CEO— they share behind-the-scenes stories of world-building, inclusivity, and GMing for everyone from Critical Role to the Baldur’s Gate 3 cast; roll your questions and dive in!

World’s Lair Wednesday 27th – Friday 29th August: The Non Stick Pans

Peter Rugman grew up in Lancashire, in a house brimming with eclectic music: from Rock n’ roll to Barbershop, from Gregorian Chant to Jazz. After years of writing, performing, and teaching himself to just-about-play any instrument he could get his hands on, he formed The NonStick Pans. The moniker, a playful nod to the British invasion bands of the ‘60s, reflects the cheeky spirit and infectious energy that defines their sound. Blending elements of Power Pop, Indie Rock and ‘90s Britpop: their debut album, “Nineteen Sixty Four,” was met with critical acclaim and helped build a dedicated fanbase.

Inspired by the raw emotions of life’s most poignant moments, The NonStick Pans’ songs delve into themes of joy, acceptance, grief, loss and most importantly love. To Rugman, each song is a cathartic release, a medium through which he can confront the demons of his past and celebrate the triumphs of his present.

Vampires in London! Join us for a dramatic evening of live Vampire: The Masquerade actual play under the summer night skies. Storyteller host Jason Carl (White Wolf) and special vampire guests Jasper Cartwright (Three Black Halflings), Josephine McAdam (LA by Night), and Jane Douglas and Mike Channell (Oxventure / Outside Xbox) bring you on a live performance of undead danger, mystery, and intrigue in the heart of London!
