Rock & Roll Hall of Famers The Doobie Brothers will play five UK & Ireland shows this summer, supporting their upcoming album WALK THIS ROAD. The tour includes headline shows in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London, and Dublin, plus a special guest performance at Jeff Lynne’s sold-out BST Hyde Park show on 13 July. Fans can catch them again when they headline The O2 on 19 July.
The reunited lineup—Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, John McFee, and Michael McDonald—returns with WALK THIS ROAD, their first album together in over 40 years. Out 6 June via Rhino Records, the album features 10 new tracks, including “Walk This Road,” “Call Me,” and “Lahaina.”
For over 50 years, The Doobie Brothers have delivered harmony-laden, guitar-driven rock, earning four GRAMMY® Awards, selling over 48 million albums, and racking up classic hits like “Black Water,” “What a Fool Believes,” “Listen to the Music,” and “Long Train Runnin’.” Their Best of the Doobies album has sold over 12 million copies, achieving rare diamond certification.
The band’s 50th anniversary tour in 2021 reunited Johnston, McDonald, Simmons, and McFee for 49 shows, concluding in 2022. In 2025, The Doobie Brothers will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, cementing their legacy as one of rock’s most enduring acts.
