The “Party of the People” Recess is back to take over Margate, Kent on May 25th for another year.
Recessland will take place in the same location, Margate’s very own Dreamland which is a venue that boasts a roller rink, amusement rides and arcade games, we will be right next to the beach so don’t forget to roll your window and have a peek on your way there.
Recessland will be a celebration of epic proportions, a fusion of great vibes and great music by DJs who will focus on a variety of music genres, from hip-hop to electronic and dancehall to grime to R&B and afrobeats. Vibrant, high energy performances from special guests are to be expected as well.
Recessland is a big day out for everyone to come together to dance, socialise and celebrate the richness of Black British culture. There is something for everyone so get ready for a fun packed day at Recessland.
