The Covid-19 lockdown changed everything for Erin. At 17, she locked herself in her bedroom, learning to produce on Logic, writing songs, and posting them online. Erin embraced creative control, much like fellow singer-producers Grimes and Caroline Polachek. Attracting an extremely engaged fanbase, one that organically gathers on a busy Discord channel, fan WhatsApp group and across socials, her music reflects both her raw, commanding energy and the influence of her mother’s ballet career.
