Champagne on arrival followed by a three-course menu with paired wines highlighting the very best of seasonal Scottish game, beef and seafood chosen by the Witchery’s Head Chef, followed by tea, coffee and Scottish tablet. A dedicated escort back to the Castle after dinner so you can find your seat for the show.
