The hauntingly beautiful Ghostly Kisses are performing at Omeara in London on Friday 25 September 2020.
Ghostly Kisses is the melancholic music of French-Canadian singer and songwriter Margaux Sauvé. She began to play the violin at five-years-old following in the footsteps of her family of musicians. It was only years later that she started to sing and wrote her first songs.
In 2018, she released “The City Holds My Heart” (EP) co-composed and produced by Louis-Étienne Santais. Together, they create Ghostly Kisses’ soothing and sad music, wrapped around Margaux’s ethereal and haunting voice. In 2019, Louis-Étienne and Margaux recorded “Alone Together”, an intimate acoustic EP with only live piano and voice versions of their songs. These intimate interpretations really captured the chemistry of the duo and the emotions in Ghostly Kisses’ songwriting and music. Their fourth EP will be released in 2020.
